Even though we're apart, you're not alone this season. Amid all of our festive planning, we also know how hard this time of year - and this year in particular - can be. We are here to listen, companion, and support you this Christmas season and every day of the year. Spiritual Support Our Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEVs) are called to bring communion out into the world. During COVID, we do this by listening and companioning people wherever you are in life. If you need someone... to talk with, to simply listen, to pray together, or support you, please reach out Bob Anderson, Angie Grady, Ann Holland, Ann Martz, Gary Sloan, or Megan Sutker. Contact John Boccanfuso ([email protected]) for contact information. Physical Help Whatever can lighten your load -whether grocery shopping, a car ride, yard work, or anything else - please accept the love of those who can provide it, and contact Paul Cottone or Doug Riblet. Contact John Boccanfuso ([email protected]) for contact information. Gather Online Join us any Tuesday evening at 8pm for "Life Together," a casual, no-agenda time for casual conversation. Link to join is on the St. Andrew's website: www.standrews-yardley.org Sunday, December 20 at 4pm - Blue Christmas Service Blue Christmas is for those who are not feeling particularly jolly or festive and/or have experience loss or grief that are making the holiday season difficult to navigate. Welcome all wonders in one sight! Eternity shut in a span. Summer in winter, day in night, heaven in earth and God in man. Great little one whose all-embracing birth... brings earth to heaven, stoops heaven to earth. - Robert Crenshaw See more

Donate to St. Andrew's at 8:00am on Tuesday 12/1 to DOUBLE your gift! This Giving Tuesday, we have a special opportunity tomorrow, 12/1, to match all money donated to St. Andrew's through Facebook. This means that you can DOUBLE your giving and DOUBLE the impact of your donation - for free! Starting at 8am tomorrow, Facebook will be offering a 100% match for the first $2 million in charitable donations made across all of Facebook. After that, Facebook will then match 10% of ...every donation until they reach a maximum of $8 million donated. So please donate early to maximize your impact! We know that 2021 will be a tight financial year for our church. The closing of the preschool and the financial stress many are experiencing has affected our income. And our ministry remains as important as ever: feeding the hungry, proclaiming God's presence among us, and being the beloved community together. Whatever our financial resources, we will never stop living into the work of God. And your giving matters - now more than ever. Please help us make the most of the gifts that St. Andrew's is given, so that we can in turn continue to be a gift for so many others.

RAIN or SHINE, enjoy the lights on Lake Afton and DRIVE-IN or stroll through the St. Andrew's "Giving Nativity" featuring live music, a slideshow of nativity sc...enes from around the world projected on the side of the church, and an illuminated art installation in our barn by the circular drive across the street. So even if it rains, you're welcome to stay in your car and get into the Christmas spirit! Yardley was just named the "Nicest Place in Pennsylvania" and one of the top "Nicest Places" in the US by Reader's Digest Magazine because of the way hundreds of people across Bucks County are coming together to feed others through St. Andrew's "Caring for Friends" program. Bring non-perishable food items, warm clothing, cookies, and Caring for Friends meals and soups for collection. Not familiar with Caring for Friends yet? We'll also be distributing meal-making kits and instructions for individuals and families who would like to cook together over the holiday and share food with others. Meals are collected every Saturday in the church parking lot from 8:30-9:30. Join the crew that has made over 30,000 meals in homes during the pandemic! St. Andrew's gathers online almost every day for group singing, contemplative prayer, book groups, poetry readings, worship, and so much more. All are welcome, and more information is at: https://www.standrews-yardley.org/ Learn more about Caring for Friends at: https://www.standrews-yardley.org/cff
