Come remember the joy of dancing! We still have openings in our "beyond beginner" Rumba and beginner Mambo classes. Enjoy our safe and fun 4-week series! Debbie DeAngelo and Nick Iacobucci will be teaching on Tuesdays in November. That's right - join us and you can start enjoying dance again - on Election Day, November 3! The 7:00 Rumba class is open to anyone who has taken basic Rumba, and the 8:00 Mambo is open to anyone who has taken any Latin-style dance class. ... To sign up, email secretary Mary at [email protected] SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: We are only signing up couples, and there's no changing partners. Our classes are small so everyone is safely distanced, plus everyone wears either a mask or a shield. Rumba is $$64/couple for the series. Mambo is $48/couple for the series. Hi dancers! Want to get out of the house? Starting Tuesday, September 1, Stardust is offering dance classes specially designed to be safe for all participants. Our nine-week classes will have a maximum attendance of 11 couples. Everyone wears masks or shields and is socially distanced; there's no trading partners. Because of this, all students must have a partner; for the time being we regretfully cannot sign up singles.... We still have room in both classes: 7:00 - Beyond Beginner Cha-Cha - if you want to sharpen your Cha-Cha and work on styling, this is the class for you. We have room for three more couples. 8:00 - Beyond Beginner East Coast Swing - if you know the basics of ECS, come join us! Debbie and Nick will customize the lessons to fit the class. New moves and lots of fun! We have room for 6 more couples. Stardust Members - Our six-week experiment worked -- using masks, shields and social distancing, we were able to have classes that were safe and enjoyable. Now, we're inviting you to take part in our new series of classes. As before, we can only accept a total of eleven couples per class -- and the classes are already filling up with continuing students! So if you're interested in the following classes, please send your payment to our post office box as soon as possible. ... We ask that singles find a partner before signing up, since we cannot trade partners at this time. Please note that we do not have a basic beginner class at this time. Tuesday, Sept 1 - Oct. 27 at 7 pm: Beyond Beginner Cha-Cha. This is a continuation of the beginner class, and we have room for THREE more couples. If you've taken Cha-Cha before and want to improve your technique and learn new moves, this is the class for you. Location: Saga Club, 3828 Washington Ave. Class fee for 9 weeks: $144 per couple Tuesday, Sept 1 - October 27 - Beyond Beginner East Coast Swing. If you've ever taken Swing, you will fit right in as Debbie and Nick work on our triple-step moves. We have room for SIX more couples in this class. Hi dancers! Stardust classes start Tuesday, July 21 -- and there's still room for you in both classes! We promise a clean, socially distanced experience for you in our ... six-week session (July 21 - August 25). Remember, if you're a single and want to take part, email us at [email protected] and we will work to match you up with a partner. Gentlemen, we are especially looking for single leads for both classes. There will be no trading partners, and everyone must wear a face mask or shield while in class. Classes will be at Saga Club, 3828 Washington Ave., Erie. To register for class, send an email to [email protected]. You must prepay for the entire class: 7 pm beginner Cha-Cha is $96 for a couple, $48 for a single 8 pm Nightclub Two Step (with review of basic step) - $72/member couple, $36/single member.
