Do you know what the earliest forms of vinyl records are? It's the 78 rpm discs, which were 12 inches wide, and only contained music on one side, while the other side was blank.
Want to know who collects vinyl? How about rock stars like Peter Buck from R.E.M., Pat Dinzio from the Smithereens, Steve Turner from Mudhoney, Peter Wolf from the J. Geils Band, and Thurston Moore from Sonic Youth? They can appreciate the depth of sound vinyl achieves.
We do our best to provide the best quality of records and tapes for your collections. We love music, too, and find high quality products. If, for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, let us help you come up with an alternative.
Did you know there was a flaw in the shipping process for The Rolling Stones' "Sticky Fingers?" The original zipper would press onto the album above it, causing damage. A designer, Craig Braun, came up with the idea that, if the zipper was pulled down before shipping, then it would only dent the label, not the record.
The most important aspect of being a record collector is to be resourceful. That's how we keep our inventory stocked- and we can be your resource for the disappearing vinyl album! Feel free to tell your friends, neighbors, and coworkers about us!
