Now that the stay-at-home order has been lifted in Allegheny County, on Monday, May 18th, we will begin answering phones live in the office again. For anyone that has called since March 18th, you know that all calls were forwarded to voicemail and you had to wait for a return call. Starting on Monday, we will have teams of people answering phones live in the office on alternating schedules with increased safety protocols in place. Most of our employees will still be working from home, but the people answering the phones in the office will be able to forward your calls to other employees in their homes! As long as the person you are calling is available, you will be able to speak to them immediately. We appreciate your patience over the past two months and we look forward to this return to normal improving our customer service!
