Now that the stay-at-home order has been lifted in Allegheny County, on Monday, May 18th, we will begin answering phones live in the office again. For anyone that has called since March 18th, you know that all calls were forwarded to voicemail and you had to wait for a return call. Starting on Monday, we will have teams of people answering phones live in the office on alternating schedules with increased safety protocols in place.
