This is what is up right now. Accepting the further things we need to do to keep others safe. It has been a year without traditional holiday celebrations, without concerts and without the usual plans but if that is all you are suffering then you are quite fortunate. Take time to realize that. When all else fails, try something new. Or bring back something old! During this time of Covid where congregating indoors is not advised, take the fun outside. It feels good to meet people, not be isolated and get your body moving. You don’t have to be good at it, just willing to try. For me, it’s been roller skating but maybe for you it’s something else.
