A message from Pastor Ela: Epiphany Reflection - Jan 6 Tonight is the night of Epiphany. With the news in the background I light a candle on this 12th Day of Christmas. I hold Christ in the center of that light. I challenge each one of you, no matter how we respond to the news, to hold to that center, to be there in prayer. Let us be a beacon of unity and Hope. Let us not evade the reality of events around us but continue to build up each other in the Love of Christ. Thi...s may take more energy than you could ever imagine. I share a prayer that many have shared with me: Dear Lord we pray for people everywhere, for medical workers, for law enforcement, for our country and our world. Give us strength to endure not only this pandemic but the conflicts around us. In the name of the Lord who chose to be in the world with us, that we may live in peace in the world he chose. Amen
