2020 really knocked us off our feet, but we survived! Classes resume January 4th Pre-registration and masks are still required.

Important update to our mask guidelines: In addition to wearing masks while in the lobby, we must also wear masks while on our mat. We realize that wearing a mask while practicing is going to be uncomfortable- but as we’ve all learned this year- we must continue to adapt and remain flexible through the challenges we’re facing. ... We’re back!! . . Pre-register online

We’ve missed you! . We return tomorrow, June 8, 2020. . We consider these next few weeks a soft opening while we work through our new operating rules and procedures. You’ll notice we return with an abbreviated schedule and smaller class sizes- so make sure to sign-up in advance. We will gradually build our way back to a full schedule over the next few weeks.... . . As you would expect, we’ve implemented changes to our studio procedures - a few of the most important are highlighted here (a complete list is on our website) ~ You must pre-register. Class sizes are limited to 14. No-shows will be charged. ~ Studio doors will open 5 minutes before class start time. Avoid gathering in lobby and head straight to your mat. ~ There will be no rental mats or blocks to borrow. You must bring your own mat. We will have blocks for sale in lobby - $10 each. ~ Class sizes are reduced to 14 students. Mat spaces are marked off on the floor to respect social distancing recommendations. ~ In addition to more in-depth cleaning and sanitization between classes- Cintas will be administering a disinfectant spray to all surfaces every week. *** Masks are not required during yoga practice. *** Classes will still be heated and challenging. *** We want everyone to stay healthy and safe- so please refrain from attending classes if you are exhibiting a fever or any other symptoms of concern. We’re on Vimeo! We are certain that this time spent safely separate is the right thing to do for our health and our community- but we sure do miss seeing everyone in the studio! We’ve been working to record online classes so you can still join us on your mat- from home! We are in the process of building up this video collection so keep an eye out for new classes weekly. ... In order to support the health and safety of our teachers, students and community, we have made the difficult decision to close the studio for the next 2 weeks starting March 16th. We will look to the CDC and local government for guidance on how to handle this all moving forward.
