On Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 4:40 pm, Station 79 members were alerted to a single vehicle accident with injuries in the 300 block of Pulaski Road. U...pon arrival, firefighters found that the driver had lost control of his vehicle coming through the S bends and slid off the road and into some trees. The driver had self-extricated prior to responders' arrival and had minor injuries. 7 members responded with E79 and E79-2 and assisted in assessing injuries and traffic control until the vehicle was removed by a local towing service.
