To the Studio 222 Family, we are grateful and excited to welcome you back to the salon and look forward to getting you scheduled for those long-overdue cuts and colors! As excited as we are, there are guidelines in place to keep everyone safe and we will be strictly adhering to them for your benefit and ours. We take this pandemic very seriously, and while excited, are also cautious about jumping back into the workplace. Please feel reassured that we have followed all safety ...procedures and consider our clients family. We will continue to work on your behalf to make Studio 222 a safe and inviting place to visit. Thank you from our hearts for your support and kindness, it has kept us connected and eager as we awaited a time to see you in person again. Now that the time is here, please see the following guidelines: - The use of masks is required to enter Studio 222 and will be worn by all staff at all times. Masks must cover your nose and mouth. - Your temperature will be taken at the door. - Our business will follow the governor's regulations of people allowed in at a time. Therefore, one person may be allowed to see each stylist at a time and no additional people may be brought to your appointment. - We will not be serving beverages to keep contact at a minimum and ensure masks are being worn at all times. Reading material will also be removed to stop the spread. - Due to increased costs of supplies during this time as well as additional cleaning costs, there will be a temporary $3 Covid tax on all services to aid in the new costs associated with running business. Following is a list of our policies and procedures. -Please call the salon when you arrive. If your stylist is still with the previous client or their station has not been sanitized, we ask that you stay in your vehicle until notified by a team member. -Face masks are required to enter the salon and must stay on during your entire visit. Lower facial waxing and beard trimming will be suspended for the time being. -Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken, and you will b...e asked to sign a waiver. -Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and throughout the salon. -No guests will be able to accompany you to your appointment. Children under 10 years may be accompanied by one guardian. -We will no longer be able to supply magazines. Feel free to bring your own reading material. -Limited beverages will be supplied. -Due to the increase cost of sanitation supplies, longer appointment times, and additional cleaning staff there will be a $3.00 surcharge to every clients total. This is only temporary. We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to create a safe and healthy environment for our clients and our staff. Please be patient, respectful, and kind. We are all in this together.

Today is the day..... WE ARE OPEN!!! We can’t wait to see everyone! We’ve worked really hard the last few days to get in touch with everyone, and get your appointments rescheduled. FINALLY! As of MONDAY 6/29, we will be reopening! We can’t wait to see everyone! On THURSDAY 6/25 & FRIDAY 6/26, we will be calling or texting everyone to reschedule all missed appointments. Starting with the first day of missed appointments that started on 3/17, and go forward from there. We will explain the new guidelines we must follow at this time. Your business and friendship means everything to us. We ask for your patients during this time. Thank you so much for all your support and generosity through texts, calls, gift cards, etc. over the last 3 1/2 months, it has meant so much to all of us! Many of you have been inquiring about our reopen date. Unfortunately, we are still not sure at this time. We must be in the green phase to open. We are hoping that since we are entering the yellow this Friday 6/5, we will be just a few more weeks. Thank you so much much for your continued support. We miss you all very much!

We know your roots are bad, we know your hair will be too long and you won't feel like yourself. We would love to go back to work but can't, our industry can't. When you ask us what kind of color you will need and buy that store box color just remember your putting money into the big companies pocket while we small ones are suffering. There is no way to make income from our industry right now since we are hands on. When we can come back, please remember us and please don't b...lame us if we need to fix your hair and it may cost more. Not only do we miss our income but we miss you. Our chats, laughter, tears, we share so much more than just a haircut. We are standing here united to stay safe but inside we are worried and stressed about our work being completely torn from us. With the forced shutdown of my business, it had been a shock to everyone! My staff, with no job, temporarily. People in our industry desperate to get back to work, and those desperate for services. The first person to reach out to me was a guest I was to see tonight. She cancelled before the shutdown, and said she was sending a check for services anyway. All I could think was, this is so admirable, and unexpected! Monday we got word shutdown was mandatory at midnight. Today I came in to check on things, and this is what I found...

It is with great regret that we need to inform all of our wonderful clients, as of 12:00 am 3/17/20 we will be CLOSED for at least 14 days. This is per Governor Wolf’s request that all non essential businesses in PA close. We deeply apologize, and ask for your understanding during this difficult time. Thank you from our entire staff!
