Students from the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh are heading to Europe with the Formula SAE racing car they designed and built. They will compete on racetracks in Germany and Austria. Formula SAE is the equivalent of Formula One for college automotive engineers. Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh is one of 10 American universities providing graduates with the "most valuable skills," according to a new report from The Brookings Institution.
