Zoom Macaron class is tomorrow! DETAILS BELOW! This is will be a follow along class with making macarons in real time! Limited supplies and Philly area delivery only, sorry Manayunk Below is the equipment list for tomorrow is below as well. See you in class! 1) Microplane rasp grater OR peeler(optional) 2) 2 quart containers 3) Rubber spatula 4) 2 bowls around this size, one of them must be metal 5) Sifter/strainer 6) Hot sauce bottle or some kind of circle that's a 1.75in diameter for tracing 7) 2 Half sheet pan/baking sheet 8) Hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk attachments must be metal 9) 2 piping bags or 2 quart ziplock bags 10) 8in or so non stick pan 11) parchment paper or silicone baking mat Optional but highly recommended equipment 12) Earbuds/headphones to hear instructions clearly 13) Oven thermometer 14) Fan - desk fan, box fan, ceiling fan, etc
