Thanks to College Settlement board members for coming out this past Thursday night for a campfire! Everyone had a great time catching up with each other and roasting marshmallows is always a good way end a party!

College Settlement's Academic Engagement Camp is a great place to learn AND a great place for recess! Our Academic Engagement Camp is for students in grades 2 5. Financial assistance is available! Please inquire!... During this unusual and difficult time, College Settlement is offering a safe, monitored place for children to do their schoolwork allowing parents to go to their jobs secure that their children are taken care of. Our 5, 3 and 2 day sessions will enable students to review and learn their school district’s curriculum using the internet, while providing opportunities for socially distanced engagement with peers, personal exploration, and interactions with nature. Students will have their own workspace in our open-air Day Camp Building which has 8 garage doors,12 windows and ceiling fans to allow fresh air to flow throughout the building. Our kid-friendly staff will provide brain breaks, recess and lunch outdoors, weather permitting and provide the much needed social and emotional support which children have missed due to Covid-19.
