Super Car Restoration and 553 Auto Body

This project has been a long time in the making! Ron brought us his 1948 Pontiac Torpedo. This car was purchased new at Galbreath Motor Company located at 554 Water Street Indiana Pa in 1948, by Ron's father, and has remained in the family ever since. "My brother and I used the car for delivering Sunday papers around Heilwood. When my brother was student teaching in the Lock Haven area, he used the car for his commuting to his student teaching assignment. I also used the car when I student taught at Purchase Line in 1963 and was teaching class the day John Kennedy was assassinated." We're humbled that Ron untrusted us with this project and so excited to bring this family heirloom back to life!
