Get excited for Halloween with this pumpkin themed storytime! This is week 4 - the final week - of fall story hour with Miss Laura from the Susquehanna Branch Library. Thanks for watching!
NEW! Our Overdrive collection has merged with the Northeast Library District. This means that with your Susquehanna County library card you will now have access to even more great e-books and e-audiobooks - over 19,000 titles! If you are already using the Libby app to access our e-books, you will be prompted to re-enter your barcode and PIN. Otherwise, there's nothing different that you need to do. If you're interested in getting started with e-books or e-audiobooks, check out our collection here: https://nepadl.overdrive.com/ or contact the library for help!
Susquehanna families are loving the StoryWalk! Check it out in the Ira Reynolds Riverfront Park. It'll be there through Wednesday, October 28th.

Looking for a fun, safe, and local family activity? Check out our StoryWalk at the Ira Reynolds Riverfront Park featuring the story "Daniel Finds a Poem." Pages of the story are arranged along the shortest loop of the walking trail, and your family can enjoy reading the story together as you walk! StoryWalk is a program developed by Anne Ferguson and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Vermont to promote literacy and physical activity.
Take a look up at the moon and stars during week 2 of fall story hour with Miss Laura at the Susquehanna Branch Library!
Say hello with Miss Laura during week 1 of fall story hour from the Susquehanna Branch Library!
An update on fall story hour: unfortunately, we will not be able to hold our normal in-person story hour program at this time. But we want to still provide fun, educational programming for the children of our community, so keep an eye on this page for story hour videos coming soon! We plan to post one video a week during October, featuring stories, songs, and activities just like we'd have during our normal story hour program. Please feel free to be in touch with any questions or comments!

Be ready for the upcoming election, come to the library and our staff will gladly give you a tutorial on our county's easy-to-use voting machines! We also have voter registration and mail-in ballot application forms available. You can also view an online tutorial here: https://vimeo.com/333639012

There is nothing more empowering than getting your own library card. It gives you access to technology, resources, and services to pursue your passions and dreams. Sign up for a Susquehanna County library card online here: https://susqcolibrary.sparkpa.org/eg/opac/register #LibraryCardSignupMonth
So thankful for these beautiful bright flowers on a grayish morning! Thanks again to the SCDA Garden Club for helping beautify the library entrance this year, and for all you do for our community. Susquehanna Community Development Association
