My granddaughter celebrated her 11th birthday last weekend. My daughter, Jamie, baked up this fun Fortnite cake for her. You’ll see her with me at the market from time to time and she helps to decorate the cupcakes for the market! She did a 6 (triple layer!) cake for the family and delivered cupcakes to all of their friends to celebrate via zoom! How fun!!

As some of you may remember - way back to Valentine's Day - I missed out on seeing everyone due to some heart issues that I was having. It was recommended that I have a heart procedure. Then the Quarantine hit. Wasn't that fun? After my recovery, I had to make a decision about whether it was safe for me to come back to the market with my condition. I followed my doctor's orders and stayed home. It was a tough decision, but after much encouragement from my family and friends,... and some much-needed soul searching, I have decided that I need to continue doing what I love; BAKING! I have missed you all so much and I am ready to get back to work! So, without further adieu... WHO'S BEEN CRAVING CUPCAKES?! We have!
