The Supreme Court agreed today to hear the case of Sanchez v. Wolf which will determine whether those that have TPS are in lawful immigration status and have a right to apply for Permanent Residency from within the United States. A decision in favor of Sanchez could open the door to thousands applying for their Green Cards. Stay tuned for more information in the months to come!
