These are so simple to make but so much fun to eat! I make egg salad or chicken salad to put into these. You can even turn the "carrots" orange by mixing some orange food coloring in some melted butter and brush it on the rolls before you bake. Yum-o!

Hello! Hoping everyone is holding up okay and is staying healthy! Everyone is trying to stay busy and keep kids occupied so why not get in the kitchen and cook something together! Teaching hands-on with measurements, sequence, math skills, science skills with the cause and effect, before and after, and exploring all 5 senses! In addition, you are teaching a life skill that your kid needs to learn! Most importantly you are making memories! I miss everyone and can not wait to get back in the kitchen with everyone! "Skinny" Banana Double Chocolate Muffins- this is a very versatile recipe. Honey or maple syrup is used instead of sugar; coconut oil subbed but vegetable or canola oil would work; wheat flour can be used instead of regular white flour. Use up those old bananas and have fun!

Hello everyone! I hope all is going well with everyone. Unfortunately with everything going on with this virus the church, in agreeance with me, have canceled all cooking classes for March.
