Getting back to heavier lifting. It feels good to feel strong again after not returning to the gym due to the virus. Here I managed to deadlift 125 lbs, close to my old 1RM of 135! My home gym isn’t a pretty site for now but it gets the job done. This is how I spent my weekend. I’m really excited for my clients to reap the benefits of this! I learned an awesome new set of techniques that utilize the practitioner’s full body to compress/traction clients. This leaves the client feeling stretched, decompressed, and ready for anything. It is traditionally done on the floor so I am going to try to practice working in techniques with regular table massage. #massagetherapist #alwayslearning #t3trainingandtherapy #whosnext
