Found this one a therapy site and thought I would share. This could be so useful as we go into round 2 of COVID. Make sure you take time for yourself and take care of yourself.

You have a purpose and are loved.

This right here is so important especially right now. Everyone is being told to just accept and deal with it all. Maybe you have moments that you feel that your feelings don’t matter or that you are unsure of decisions to make. Well I’m here to tell you that they do matter and that it’s ok to be unsure. That you don’t have to justify everything you say and do to others. These are uncertain times with so many questions and emotions. Mental health is real and so many are battling emotions that you may not even know about. Cut people some slack and just be kind.
