A recent new face in our Estimating Department. Meet Bailey O'Brien. She is our Assistant Project Estimator here at Target. Bailey graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Major in Business Management Operations & Supply Chain Management. She interprets plans and construction materials to propose and double-check estimates. Bailey also identifies and resolves deviations from the proposals/bids, which include scope and specifications. Department shout out this week to our Project Management Department. Our Project Managers oversee all phases of the building process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget. They work closely with architects and engineers on the project to develop plans, establish timelines, and calculate labor and material costs. The main goal for this department is to help us foresee the risks and challenges that could derail the completion of a project. Who is the girl behind the scenes of Target Building’s Brand? She is our Branding Director, Brianna DiPietro. If you haven’t seen that we’ve updated our website recently because Brianna felt it was time for a facelift to our site. She has been with the company for a little over four years now and has changed us completely from the day she arrived by starting with our logo. We’re back with another Face-to-Face Friday. Meet Nathan Dennis, Target’s Vice President of Operations. Nathan has 35 years of wide-ranging construction management experience. His responsibilities at Target include all aspects of combined company project contracts from date of award to owner completion, a role that places him into constant contact with project managers, superintendents, and site personnel.
