Cranberry Orange Cookies Cranberry Orange Cookies Recipe Cranberry Orange Bread Mix made into cookies with pecans. Make dough ahead, roll into balls and freeze. Ready in: 45 minutes Prep time: 20 minutes... Chill/Cook time: 25 minutes Servings: Makes 22-24 cookies. ingredients 1 package Cranberry Orange Bread with Glaze Mix add to cart cup butter, softened 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons water directions Preheat oven to 375F. In large bowl, combine Cranberry Orange Bread with Glaze Mix packet 1, butter and eggs; mix until well combined. Using hands, knead until the consistency of thick, moist dough, adding 1 tablespoon water, if needed. Form into generous 1-inch balls. Place pecans in a shallow dish. Roll balls in pecans, pressing to adhere to dough. Place 2 inches apart on a greased large baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; let stand on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely. In small bowl, combine Cranberry Orange Bread with Glaze Mix packet 1 and water. Drizzle over cookies. Makes 22-24 cookies. Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare through step 2. Place in a gallon freezer bag or storage container between sheets of wax paper. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely.
