Our scene management services got a little more efficient today. We added a Billy Goat industrial debris vacuum to assist us with thorough scene clean ups. This will aid In debris removal from residential and commercial properties, Hard to reach areas including flower beds, hardscape, along curbs and buildings. A little early morning recovery.

The new year always brings new ideas, new services, new equipment and new goals. We have a few of each up our sleeves! One of our new services is on the administrative side of individual auto accident claims. Due to COVID-19 we noticed a large increase in insurance companies requesting photographs of vehicles to limit their field appraisals. We are now offering detailed damage reports and in depth photographs at insurance company requests. Disclaimer: We are not licensed a...ppraisers and do not perform collision estimates. It is always best to pick the body shop of your choice and allow that shop to tear down and estimate your vehicle. What we do is provide the insurance company with important information, specific photographs, vehicle specifications, inspection records and UPD (unrelated prior damage) documentation. Growing up as a child in the Towing industry is challenging. Missed dinners, cancelled plans, few vacations, late nights, early mornings, woke up by the phone, mom or dad leaving at any minute to assist a complete stranger. Life changes day by day, minute by minute and it can be very challenging for children growing up in this industry. As Austin turns 16 today we could not be more proud of the young man he is turning out to be. From his first ride in a tow truck, to his first tow show and now today working beside our guys on certain situations, we’re excited to watch him grow even more!
