I am proud to announce that I am now a partner at Fine and Staud LLP! Since 2011, I have worked extremely hard and put in long hours to deliver fantastic results to my clients. My firm was founded by my late grandfather, Louis S. Fine in 1958 and has achieved outstanding results in representing the seriously injured in the Philadelphia region for over 60 years. I am proud to follow in his footsteps as a Philadelphia Trial Lawyer. It is an honor and privilege to represent my injured clients and take on the insurance companies and large corporations to get them the compensation that they deserve. I look forward to this next journey in my career and I am thankful for everyone who helped me along the way!

Today I was chosen as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania by the National Trial Lawyers! I’m very excited about this honor!

I won a will contest trial in Delaware County Orphans Court. The reason that I was handling the case was that whether or not a valid will existed at the time of the decadent's death would determine what firm would be representing the deceased in the wrongful death action. It was completely outside of my typical practice as a personal injury lawyer who generally handles car accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith. This will contest case was ...no slam dunk. It was a case that the previous attorney (a very good and well known Delaware County estate lawyer) tried and lost in front of the Register of Wills. I took it over, taught myself everything I could about Pennsylvania law regarding lost wills, and pulled out a major victory in an Orphans' Court trial. The real battle is just starting as I try to get a good recovery for the estate of my client who was tragically killed in a hit and run. The lesson is to never be afraid to leave your comfort zone. The fact that I, who a year ago knew no more about estate law than any random lawyer that took a Trusts and Estates class in law school shows that being a good litigator is much more about hard work and grit than anything else. I've worked very hard in my career and gotten some great results. I hope to be considered if you have a friend or family member who was injured by the negligence of another. No attorney will work harder.
