In Spring 2020, we launched our first edition of a student and faculty-run journal called CommonHealth, and the second issue will be published soon. The journal is now accepting submissions for a special COVID-19 issue. Written and multimedia submissions of original research, review articles and case reports, and critical discussions of clinical practice, teaching innovation, and community engagement are accepted. ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT: Mohammed Alhajji earned his PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences in spring 2020. His research on interventions to prevent sickle cell disease in Saudi Arabia recently earned the Student Award from the American Public Health Association Genomic Forum. Congratulations, Mohammed!
