The Finishing Touch

I suppose it’s about time to introduce myself! My name is Ellen Klaus, and one month ago I took over ownership of The Finishing Touch. I live here, in Ligonier, with my 3 sons, Denver, Dakota, and Ashlyn, our dog, Haley, and our cat, Elvis. Colleen did an excellent job over the past 5 years making this shop what it is today, and I can only hope to live up to the standards she has set! Thank you to all who have been so welcoming. With the new Covid-style world we are curre...ntly living in, life presents many hoops for me to jump through, including staying on top of school related events with my kiddos. I’m planning to do my best in keeping hours the same as everyone is accustomed to, but will need a little flexibility some days as I try to accommodate school bus schedules and remote learning requirements. Some days I may need to open doors a little late, or lock up a little early, but will always try to post on the page when I do that. Anyway, I look forward to the many new mask covered faces I get to meet in the coming days/months/years, and look forward to (hopefully) being able to see the smiles soon as well! See more
