The end of an era..... Cindy and Gordon Way, the owners of The Gatehouse Country Inn Bed and Breakfast have retired as of July 2014 and the house has become a private residence. The Gatehouse Country Inn Bed and Breakfast will be closing their doors on July 31st. After that, it will become a private home. It is a sad and difficult transition for us, but more importantly the general public will no longer be able to see this historic, magnificent home. If you are interested in the history of the Poconos, C.C. Worthington or Fred Waring....now is the time to book a room and enjoy a little piece of history. We have enjoyed our guests and sharing our home...but Gordon and I are looking forward to our next adventure!
