Our Coming Events column has been listing the wrong date for the White Haven Lions Spaghetti Supper. The event at St. Patrick's Parish Center is indeed on Monday, but the date is the 12th, this coming Monday from 3 to 7.

Sometimes being a weekly paper can be frustrating. We got home last night after sending our pages to the press, to learn that the meeting about the Francis Walter Dam we'd featured on the front page had been cancelled. We'll update you if and when it is rescheduled!

Blakeslee Rotary Car Show today has nearly 100 cars and bikes on display already, plus vendors and tricky trays. Music this afternoon. No cost for spectators. Use the tunnel entrance, and come vote for your favorites!
