Fight hunger with the Greater Allentown CROP Hunger Walk/Drive-by Contact-free Food Drive this Sunday supporting the Allentown Ecumenical Food Bank. The food bank truck will be parked at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 140 S. Ott Street, Allentown. It’s easy and contact-free! Drive up to the food bank truck, open your trunk, and your non-perishable food donations will be collected. Needed items include tuna, beans, vegetables, fruit, soup, peanut butter, rice, cereal, pasta and sauce. Thank you for helping those in need!

Even though our activities are restricted by the pandemic and it is difficult to volunteer in person, you can still help! Many of us are ordering from Amazon, so we don’t have to venture out. If you choose Amazon Smile, https://smile.amazon.com/, and select The Lehigh Conference of Churches as the charity of your choice, they will donate a small percentage of the value of your purchases to us. And every little bit helps us help those who need it most. Thank you!

We would like to thank The Restaurant Store and their generous donations to our Daybreak Drop-in Center. The kitchen supplies and take-out containers are such a big help as we work through the changes in food delivery because of the pandemic. The art supplies are so appreciated by the Daybreak members as they explore their creativity. And thank you to the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation for their generous gift. Your help makes a big difference to our members!
