Tree Planting at the Gracie property - Round 2 - Sat November 9th @ 1 p.m. After a very wet morning this past Sunday, the afternoon turned out to be remarkably good planting weather and a small volunteer crew planted 50+ trees along the West Branch. Patty plans another round of tree-planting to get the remainder of the trees in the ground on Saturday Nov 9th @ 1 pm.

A quick reminder of our upcoming tree planting planned for this Sunday. Please let Patty Blakeslee [email protected] know if you are planning to attend. The landowner is planning to provide food and would welcome a headcount. If the weather is inclement, Patty and Camille will pick a rain date and communicate it to all interested parties.

We had a wonderfully successful Reservoir Cleanup! 40 people showed up on a beautiful spring morning and went to work. We pulled over 2 tons of trash from in and around the reservoir, including 40 tires, a couch, a push lawn mower and a refrigerator. Many thanks to all that helped in the planning of this event, and a BIG thank you to all our volunteers.
