We have 2 new classes beginning in the studio on Monday, January 6th! Part 2 - on Monday’s at 11:30 Rose will lead Rebound and Recovery. This class will balance both your body and mind. Check out the description below

We have 2 new classes beginning in the studio on Monday, January 6th! Part 1 - on Monday’s at 9:30 Laurie will lead Core Circuit. This class will take place on 3 types of apparatus for 20 min each rotation. Each set of exercises will complement each other and lead to total body strengthening.
