Sacred Sessions combine my bodywork/energywork with embodiment techniques and coaching. I lovingly, and loosely, designed this gift to create beautiful -sacred- shifts in your life over a three month period. However! I love it so much that it will also be offered in single sessions. Singles are about 2 hours and are being offered for $165. They are the perfect way to get started on your journey of self empowerment and self love.
