We want to make sure our BASE student athletes are keeping active through this tough time. So here’s a quick home workout from our Director of Programs, Chris! ...It’ll get your heart pumping. Full Body: Warm up: Band pull aparts Overhead band pull aparts 1a. Jumping Jacks - 30seconds 1b. Push ups x 20reps 1c. Body squats x 20reps 1d. One legged lunges x 20reps Repeat 5 times with 30 second rest Finisher: 2a. Resistance band push ups x 12 reps 2b. Resistance band diamond push ups x 12reps 2c. Band lying lat pull down x 12reps 2d. Band lat pull down x 12 reps 2e. Broomstick + bookbag curls x12 reps (continue to add books or anything else to add resistance. Add resistance band to feel the burn) Repeat 2 times - no rest. If your a BASE student athlete or alum tag us or shoot us a DM so we can put your home workout on our stories!
