It was a special delivery today... a few weeks ago a Harleysville resident called the Birches to let them know that their favorite mug was a Birches mug... sadly, it was dropped and broke. The couple called to see if we had any others, despite it being a few years. After searching high and low, one, just one was found. We surprised the couple this morning at breakfast with their NEW - favorite Birches mug. They were so grateful and humbled by it... it’s the little things and that’s what makes the difference here at our community. #teamharleysville

One thing that makes The Birches different is we truly are a family. On Christmas Eve, Marketing Director Danielle Krout was on the phone in the car with Cheryl talking about the couples upcoming move. Her daughter, 7- year old McKenzie, overheard the conversation and also introduced herself during the call. She wanted to do something special for them as they start this new journey. McKenzie painted a canvas resembling a new home and new beginning. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a big difference. From our family to yours, welcome to The Birches Cheryl & Jack.
