Our condolences to the family of the late Earl Harvey. Earl passed away suddenly, unexpectedly on Monday, October 16th from a heart attack. He has been a fixture in Philadelphia and Atlantic City for his dedicated work in support of black owned businesses. His family of course, will miss him the most but his presence in support of small black business owners goes back decades. He was a true warrior for this cause. Earl Harvey was the publisher of the Black Professional News and the Atlantic City Times newspapers. Services are scheduled for Friday, October 30th, 2020.
