Brinkman's Bait and Tackle

Brought another batch of minnows in. Some nice size variety. Small for trout, plenty of medium and large. Hearing then ice in Poconos is setting up nicely. Time for some ice fishing.....

Customer reporting that Levittown Lake has been restocked for the Fall.

Sharkbite Bucktails adding to the line up in Brinkmans. We will now be carrying the short shank hook tog jigs in 3/4 to 3 oz sizes. Same quality, Mustad Ultra fine point hooks being used.

Another batch of Green Crabs in, blood worms and rainbow clams are also available.

Seeing reports of Stripers being caught from the beach in NJ. Paddle tails posted as working well.

Trout anglers- wax worms and meal worms are restocked. Plenty of small minnows on hand.

Still no confirmation of timing for Pennypack Creek trout stocking other than during this week.

Fished Levittown Lake Sunday in a steady breeze. One ultra light rod and some worms Landed 7 bass- 3 in one to 2 plus lb range and fun on the UL set up. Also had 3 nice perch for some more c and r.....

Trout stocking scheduled to take place within Philadelphia and Bucks Co. waters the next two weeks. No specific dates provided. Many streams are pretty low with water levels according to current reports. Delaware river still producing nice size catfish and some bass near tributaries. Receiving great reports of sea bass already, trigger fish and even some nice drum on the beach and in the bays at the shore.
