The CAGE

Due to King Wolf I am told I must close my Gym For 3 weeks. In these next 3 weeks we will be doing a deep clean of the gym. Since reopening we have been using Prokure to keep the gym clean. We will reopen when we are allowed to. Thank you to our loyal members for your support and understanding.

The gym will Re-Open on Friday 6/19 @ 4am. I am excited to see everyone and so thankful for each and everyone one of you sticking by the gym. We are taking every precaution to keep the gym sanitized. We will be sanitizing the gym daily. It is recommended that you use the sanitizing bottles to wipe down equipment BEFORE and AFTER use. Some equipment is being moved to be 6 feet apart. Classes won’t begin till the week of 6/29. Bring your own hand sanitizer. Masks are... recommended to be worn going to and from the gym. Masks are NOT to be worn while working out. Please bare with me over the next couple of weeks as the gym reopens. Feel free to PM us with any questions or concerns. Thank you. The Cage.

ATTENTION: Cage Members: If you can lift the weights during your workout you are certainly capable of putting them back! I am not your Mother....Put your stuff back when you are done! ... 2 rules: Put your shit away when you’re done and respect the Gym/other members. How hard is this?

Hello! Cage Members! Unfortunately as of now the Gym must remain closed. I appreciate all the members who have chosen to keep paying their memberships during this time to support the gym so that I can reopen once this is all over. At this time I am receiving nothing. I also am appreciative of the donations from some as well. I love to see that all of you love this gym as much as I do. I know I’ve said this before....IF the government is being honest and does give bus...inesses grant money I WILL definitely be giving back to my members. Most of you know that I do whatever I can for my Gym Family. Again from the bottom of my heart I Thank you.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have been mandated by the state to close the gym. This makes me sad as much as it does you. You all know I love the gym! I had someone ask about suspending memberships....at the present time I’m going week by week if after 2 weeks we are still on lock down I will suspend memberships. I always put my Members in my best interest if the government helps me then I most certainly would give back to my Members like I always try to do. I am in the same boat everyone else is. I am still having to pay all my bills there and home. I just pray I can reopen. I appreciate all those that choose to not put their membership on hold in order to help support me through these difficult times.

CAGE MEMBERS: So after a long hard look at everything I unfortunately decided to comply with shutting down (not happy about it) I will be cleaning over the next couple of days and then on Sunday I will reevaluate things. Please know that everyone’s Health and safety is in my best interest and even though I feel that this is the best place to be to keep your immunity up it’s best I close to do a really good scrubbing of the gym. ... As of Noon today your Key FOBS will be turned off. You may use the gym till then. If and when I decide to reopen the old rules still apply until Further notice: No Guests or New Members at this time. CAGE MEMBERS: SHARE PLEASE! PLEASE READ ALL OF IT I understand schools and other gyms are closing.....we will continue to remain open for the time being. Please wipe down equipment before and after use. If you have any signs or symptoms of the flu please stay home. ... With this said....please respect me and the gym at this time. I will be watching all cameras as well as some members to make sure there is NO ONE who is not a member coming into the gym. I care about everyone but my members need a safe place to workout and I don’t want an abundance of people coming to use the gym. I currently will not be accepting new members until this dies down. Sorry for any inconvenience. Again only Members are to come to the gym during this time.
