Our team has spent 2020 adjusting and fine-tuning how we are selling homes in a safe way. And it has paid off big for our clients in the last year! Here are 2 ways we are doing this (and we can do it for you too): 1) Using technology! We offer the newest technology to our clients! -Hiring only the best photographers to take beautiful and accurate pictures of our listings... -Offering a Matterport 3D tour of every listing that allows buyers to virtually walk through the home -Offering our buyers virtual tours of any home rather than going in person (and an in-person showing can always be scheduled later) -Scheduling virtual open houses for our sellers, as needed -Talking to our clients via Zoom regularly! 2) If you prefer in-person, we prioritize your safety! We stay up to date on the CDC recommendations, as well as the recommendations of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This includes: -Social distancing and wearing masks -Offering shoe coverings for any of our listings -Using alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently -Limiting in-person contact 2020 was a banner year in real estate in spite of being shut down for 10 weeks. We are continuing to see historically low interest rates for mortgages and low inventory regionally. As we wrap up 2020 (certainly a year to remember!), we wanted to say thank you to our clients, friends, family, and colleagues! Like so many industries, we were shut down for 10 weeks during what would have been the very height of our annual business, and when we came back, we had new rules and regulations to follow, which seemed to change hour by hour. Despite this, we came back into one of the most robust real estate markets that our local market, as well as the national ma...rket, has ever seen. Because of our clients trust in us, here is what our year brought: *54 individuals or families who bought or sold (or both) with us! *$16+ million in volume $99.45% list to sold price ratio (so our listing prices got even closer to the final sales price this year!) We were able to adjust how we do business. We made closings as safe as possible, whether we closed in a parking lot outside or in the house itself, social distanced with masks. We offered virtual home tours for any property for our buyers, and even held virtual open houses for our sellers! We are grateful for our health and for yours. We are grateful for the frontline and essential works. And we are grateful to be going into a new year with new hope, and together as a team!
