On this Christmas day, the residents and staff of the HoC offer their deep appreciation to Centre Life Link, and the PSU Center of Geriatric Nursing, for the many kind Christmas gifts that were delivered. Such a wonderful and generous spirit of giving!

Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy a bathroom that serves the mobility needs of our residents. It can acknowledge our care givers who did not receive hazard pay while working in a pandemic. It can pay tribute to our director’s 11 years of dedicated service. When we lift these amazing people with our financial support, we raise our own spirits. The House of Care has provided homes for those in our community who need care and lack financial resources and family support f...or the past 20 years. Please support our mission to care for those in need in the years to come. Donate here: https://www.paypal.com/donate/

The House of Care offers thanks to all who have supported us this "Pandemic Year" in so many ways. Our "at risk residents", and our "essential care giving staff", have felt the burden of following CDC protocol, and being attentive to maintaining a safe environment for all. We have missed our many volunteers who normally would assist in recreational activities and house cleaning duties. We trust you have been able to stay safe and healthy. Food drop offs at the back door, and on the front porch, have been greatly appreciated. Maybe someday you will be able to come in and sit and visit with us as well. Today, on "Giving Tuesday", we ask for your dollars. Your gifts will assist in covering the cost of care for our resident family. And that...is why we are here. Please give. Please know it is appreciated. https://www.paypal.com/donate/
