Cotton candy .......... prepped with Joico pro series 1 bonding spray(before every blinding service) lifted with Joico blonde life, 20 vol for 30 min. Rooted with Joico mermaid blue ribboned with sapphire/cobalt blue, soft pink/pink, amethyst purple, and processed under dryer for 35 min. Rinsed in cool water to ensure no bleeding.
