Rebuilding a console for the studio. Complete recap, EVERY single one. Audio path gets audio grade Nichicons, on channel op amp power supply gets all high temp/ripple Panasonics. Rebuilding all of the faders, doing some other mods to lower the noise floor but not changing the specs of the EQ. The EQ in this console is already great! Typical British. You push it but it still sounds great. Not touching it. The factory QC guy dated it and signed it before it left the factory in 1989. Soundtracs Samson, wherever you are, this console held up great. In a few months it will be better than new.
