I am now able to perform a Warm Bamboo Massage treatment from the training I took over the weekend! this treatment surpasses the hot stone massage treatment! I will be offering this service with no upcharge for the next 2 months.... After that it will be either 10 or $15 depending on whether you get a 1 hour or a 90-minute session. Yesterday I provided a client with a Kaolin Clay Body Wrap....here are the pictures that I was given permission to take and post. I first line the table with a heating pad and on top of that a foil blanket that reflects heat inward. These are foil blankets much like those used by Astronauts to stay warm in Space. On that I lay a piece of plastic film.... The client is then painted with the mud or clay selection and in this case it was Kaolin Clay. The client is then sealed into the plastic film and topped with a layer of foil that keeps heat inward. Then an electric blanket and the shown Green blanket. The client is then "cooked" for 30 minutes on high while they receive a foot and scalp massage. The client is then unwrapped and in the dry room setting that I provide I take off the product with wet towels. The skin is then moisturized with Biotone cream.
