Your weekly market update

Closed & congrats... to us! After navigating COVID-19 in my *petite* two bedroom house for months and showing this property to dear friends (who I helped buy their first home just a few blocks away, yay new neighbors!), our mental wheels started spinning. We weren't looking to move but when the right place came along, we jumped! This place needed a bit (ahem, a lot) of love after being used as a rental property for the last few years so with the help of a trusted contractor, a lot of patience, and a few mojitos, we are moved in and settled! We're already on to a full yard makeover, pics to come!

It's not #WTFriday but I think we all need a chuckle these days. What were they trying to discourage?!
