Meet Rachel, the newest addition to the RPS family! Rachel is very excited to join the Rock Paper Scissors team. She has been a stylist for over 10 years, most of which have been spent locally, but has also done hair in Las Vegas and Seattle. She is skilled in highlights, cuts, color, and men's cuts. Her goal is to give her guests a great experience while making them feel and look their best!
