The Villa Crest

The Villa Crest is happy to announce In-Person Visitation for all Residents who are in the Green Zone as of Monday, March 22, 2021. The screening process will... be completed for all visitors entering the building. Residents and Visitors are to practice proper hand hygiene and wear masks at all times. Two visitors are allowed at one time per Resident, it is suggested that visits are limited to two hour increments. Please try to coordinate visits with family and friends so that all parties have the opportunity to visit their loved ones. Visitors can enter with no appointment needed during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, if visitation is after 5pm or on the weekend, please call 814-955-0411 to schedule the visit. Outdoor visitation in The Kastelic Pavilion is encouraged weather permitting. Walkway to that area is easily accessible for Residents and Visitors. Indoor visitation is available in designated Room 100 or in the Resident’s room. All Visitors are asked to go from the main entrance to the Visitation area and are not permitted to walk around the facility at this time. For any further questions please call 814-955-0400.
