I am so lucky to have found The Village of Healing & Wellness. Fred’s classes have helped me in so many ways. I have experienced better health and lowered my st...ress levels with regular attendance. He even offers his classes on Zoom making it easy to get to class regularly. In his classes, he stresses that healing is the priority and encourages everyone to heal on all levels (physical/mental/emotional). With his guidance, I continue to see improvement in my health & overall well-being. I am so grateful to have found The Village of Healing & Wellness and Fred. I recommend him to everyone! See more

Does Qi Gong really work? Here are some of our experiences. I've been doing Qi Gong about 3 xs a week for 11 months and my husband just started and has only ...gone 4 xs. Hubs "did something to his knee" in the morning. When he came home from work, he was all hobbly wobbly. He wasn't even sure about going to class bc he was afraid he would mess up the knee even more. But the plan was to do what he could and not push it. After class he was walking around the house just fine. When we went to bed I told him it looked like he was moving around a lot better. He said, "Knee is great. Back to normal. I think the Qi Gong popped it back into place". (BTW he had knee surgery 2 yrs ago). My story. This is just 1 of the ways Qi Gong has helped me. When I was 19 I had a lower back spinal fusion. I have never been able to bend over and touch my toes: I got about mid-calf. During last night's class I was finally about to touch the top of my foot! For someone with back issues and scoliosis , this was a tremendous accomplishment!
