Dear Wall Fam. I very much appreciate everyone reaching out regarding what has been passed and what the news is reporting. The Wall Cycling Studio has made no changes to our in-studio policies and masks are still 100% required when in the building, vaccinated or not. This WILL adjust this eventually, but right now, things are staying as is. If you know us by now, you know we are okay not being the first to do something new -unless it's with a fab new fitness trend ;)... We will let you know when we make any changes and appreciate your patience. We always reach out We appreciate you letting us make the decision on our timeline and appreciate you keeping in mind we have and will continue to make the decisions that are best for our community and for our business. I do not have a date as to when we will allow the removal of masks and *I am respectfully asking for you to please take this message as my answer* until I send another one, with any policy changes. When we do make any changes, we will require proof of your completed vaccine card along with a 2-week wait period from the last shot date (if you got your final shot on 5/3, you will need to stay masked until 5/17. Even with these doors closed majority of 2020, you all still showed up. You took over 500 Zoom classes with us, visited over 1700 times in-person from August to November and showed us so much grace with every technical issue. As challenging as this year has been, this was the most uplifting and most valuable year we’ve ever had as a business.... We promise to keep showing up as long as you need us. We promise to learn as much as we can about you because you’re our family. And we promise to never ever take for granted these doors being open. Thank you so much for standing by us. Hey friends. We just want to reiterate we absolutely hate canceling classes. It’s crushes us to do it to you but crushes us more to not teach you. *However* when it rains, or if rain is in the forecast, we can’t bring equipment outside. Indoor cycles are not meant to get wet. This might be the unpopular opinion but here’s the deal - we’re not bringing spin inside this month. And we’re probably not bringing it inside in October. And we’re probably not bringing it insid...e until more of the unknown is known. We want to be back to normal SO bad. Like our jobs depend on it - we’re a spin studio for crying out loud. But we’re also extremely cautious and conscious that we are in an active pandemic. A pandemic with no vaccine yet. A pandemic that we are taking seriously AF because we care about not just you but we care about our families and their well being as well. We are doing our best to get as many alternatives on the schedule when we can’t hold spin outside. We know we can’t please everyone with our decisions but hopefully we’ll do better next time. We just want you to know we’re busting our butts literally 24/7 trying to make the best situation out of all of this. We understand if the uncertainty of will there be class or wont there be class is annoying. Because it’s annoying to us, too. But with a pandemic comes uncertainty and all we can continue to promise to do is to do our best and work our hardest. That’s all thank you for taking the time to read this. See more
