We recently installed a new Customer Service payment window in the back of our building at 130 East Market Street. Starting tomorrow, Thursday, December 3, 2020, this window will be open during normal business hours for our customers to easily and conveniently pay their bill with no physical contact! Free parking is also available in the lot directly adjacent to the window. Answer: No, only current City of York sewer and refuse bills can be paid at the York Water Company. All other City of York bills must still be paid at the City of York offices. Effective October 1, 2020 the City of York has decided to no longer require a convenience fee on City of York sewer and refuse payments made online, over the phone, or in person. Also, the maximum payment amount per transaction has been raised to $500.
