You see more and more current and former big leaguers speaking up about how specialization in one sport is not the best idea. The increased arm injuries at all levels of baseball are very alarming and it's time for coaches and parents to start doing something about it.

I'm always looking for new techniques to use in my catching lessons but don't think I'll be implementing this one!
