TIOGA, PA Borough Office

The Borough Council would like to thank all those who expressed interest in the Borough secretary position. All first round interviews for the position have been completed, and we hope to make a final decision soon. All other applications will be kept on file for any future openings that meet your qualifications.

Please note that your Water bills state that the due date is August 5th. This is a misprint. They are due July 5th. Thank You

PSA Electric will be disrupted from 6:30pm to approx. 9:30pm due to a line repair.

The Borough Office is in transition. We will try to be open with part time help, but times and days may vary. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. As always payments can be left in the Dropbox.

New office hours! Monday through Friday 10-5 EXCEPT the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Those Fridays we will close at 2pm.

The Office will close at noon today for an appointment! If all goes quick we will reopen this afternoon.

There will be no recycling in January or February 2021. Please spread the word!

Beginning Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 the Borough Office will be closed to the public as we step up our efforts to mitigate the increasing rates of the Coronavirus. There will be no window service. The secretary will be available by phone during normal business hours. All payments can be left in the payment Dropbox located on side of garage or online at the link listed in the About section of this page. If you want a receipt mailed to you please write it on your envelope. For those needing permit or other issues. Please call ahead to arrange an appointment or drop off/pick up. This measure is being taken in an effort to keep the employees safe and healthy as possible to keep serving the community. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We hope you all stay safe and healthy. Together we will beat this.

By Order of The Mayor: Tioga Borough There is a temporary NO STREET PARKING going into effect Wednesday, Dec 16, 2020 beginning at noon through Thursday Dec 17th. We realize this is inconvenient to a very few and truly appreciate your cooperation. We do this for safety and to allow both State and local plows room to clear the roads of snow. Thank You for understanding. Stay safe and if you happen to build a snowman share a picture with us!
