We have had a number of inquiries about hosting a group therapy series designated to working through the stress and anxiety associated with COVID-19, and what post-pandemic life will look like, and more importantly, feel like. Questions may include: How will I manage my work/home life? How can I work on improving my relationships with others? What type of stress and anxiety is "normal"? How can I manage all of the emotions associated with the pandemic? These are difficult questions, and often, group sessions are a way to not only discover and connect with others who feel the same way, but also explore a variety of viewpoints and resources with an experienced clinician.
